Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, speaker of the house of representatives in
preparation for the 2015 presidential election is set to dump the ruling
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) for the leading opposition All
Progressives Congress “in a matter of weeks”, a source has told
TheCable.
It was also gathered that Tambuwal will defect just in time to indicate his interest in the presidential ticket of the APC.
According to the timetable for the 2015 elections drawn up by the
Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), parties are scheduled
to hold their presidential conventions in October.
